Adequate room space, clean room, nice food, great swimming pool. Good parking facility. Located at the entrance of the town.

Awesome stay at a prime location

I booked through Trivago and found the best price via MMT. The check in was smooth and the staffs were polite and friendly. We booked a super deluxe room and the room was spacious with a really awesome and a spacious balcony. Room and bathroom was so clean and had enough amenities with a mini bar too. Sofas near the lift as well to chill out. The swimming pool in the first floor was clean and awesome. I loved it so much. They have a restaurant but we didn't try it this time but the costs were nominal and we'll be checking their food next time. Not that I know of, that I could suggest but my partner suggested two things to me while driving. One about the black out curtains, the curtains are there but it's still not fully black out. The hallway lights were on during the night and so the brightness of the light was visible through the window curtains. Second one will be a glass door between the shower and the toilet. Other than these two suggestions, we were overwhelmed with the stay and the place. They kept enough bath towels and hand towels. I had a little chat while checking out with Mrs. Reddy, who owns the place and she is so courteous and customer focussed. We had a safe, secure, peaceful and a pleasant stay overall. As a customer, what else you need, so we'll be checking in again at Bay Inn.

The owners are courteous. The rooms are clean. They do not have Sea facing rooms. Services are prompt and good. Location is on the main east Coast Road.

Value for Money Spacious rooms

I stayed in two super deluxe rooms with my old parents and a 1 year old kid. The room was very clean and spacious for my son to play around. This is at par with a 3 star hotel overall and 4 star from a room perspective. Location: 5 ⭐ Room: 4 ⭐ Breakfast: 3 ⭐ (Spread could have been better) Amenities: 3 ⭐

Right from the reservation until checkout the entire experience was good and satisfying. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, hygienic and was well maintained. Bath towels were clean good. Bed linen too was clean.

Recommended, only drawback is they are not restricting, other travellers produce lost of annoying noise continuously at night 12 o clock, for more than one hour. Otherwise nice stay.

The location was convenient. Staff behavior was good, breakfast quality was good. The room was good but the washroom needs improvement, commode, and washbasin has to be changed.
