The overall stay at BB Palace hotel was as usual nice and the staff was as usual friendly. I am frequently visiting Delhi and stay at the same hotel because of the service and facilities. I will highly recommend to others if they are looking for a decent stay.

Was told that room will be changed 3 times during the stay but was not changed and even the bed was not at all comfortable, two different mattresses were there and even television was not good and was also not working.

It was a ok stay not recommended for family. It's good for bachelors.
The elevator was not working, the hotel is not as shown in the pictures, there was no room heater, there was limited timing for hot water and the room was clean.

No parking facility

Very poorly managed lots of improvement needed.
Even no glass for water, has no ash tray for soni king room very badly dressed bell boy and no laundry or ironing arrangement of clothes by 6 pm.

Location is good. Staff is good. Lot of improvements needed during breakfast time, it's spread is not at all good. Recently hotel has increased charges for food exponentially, very disappointing. Please look into this.

Room was nice neat and clean. Location is very good near PP chowk karolbagh 3 km far away from new Delhi railway station, 10 minutes walking distance from karol bagh metro station. Food is also good and tasty.

Pros cleanliness good location cons costly no room service at all. Ordered tea 5 times but it reached to us only once TV remote was broken dish . Set top box didn't work even for 1 second bad food quality.

This property is consider as a rest house not a hotel, very poor staff services, no security guard, dirty bed sheets, hard mattress like old, dirty towels, old and broken furniture, no cable connection in room, ac also not work,hotel staff is very rude and even owner of the hotel was very rude, they don’t have their own parking space. At the time of check- in they didn’t inform us about it. We parked our car in front this so called hotel gate still our car picked up by mcd people and they charged fine. We faced all these problems, I think the owner don’t know anything about hotel industry rules and don’t know what is hospitality and the staff he hired also the same unprofessional. This hotel is not safe for ladies so please don’t go there. It’s better to sleep in car.
