Food and location is fine but room is loaded with cocroches and washroom are not highgeen.water leakage issues.AC is ok.

wi fii is not available ac is not effective cleanliness should be improved room service should be improved

Location is good, rooms are ok. But the staff are not very responsive. Took forever to get a water bottle. And the room service takes forever.

Rude behaviour by hotel staff they changed my room which i booked and charged extra 600 for me to allot another room

Location, amenities are good. But mainatainence is not upto the mark. Please provide tea and coffee in the hotel premises

Hotel was not up to mark didn’t feel comfortable while staying.. no proper management and hospitality

The hotel is ok type. Food is good. But lien are not clean, specially the bed covers. Stuffs are good but service is not upto the mark. Bugs can be found here and there. But location ia very good and outside ambience is also nice.

Best Place to stay Kuppam, everything is good, nice place, good rooms, good service and maintenance

Mmt took 10k for stay with breakfast, but hotel says 2k per room per day. It's a 3 star hotel with less amenities and breakfast was terrible which charged 1k per person from mmt. As am using mmt from past 10 years, this is terrible situation for me when i heard from hotel rate, which is 2k. Need some assistantance on this from mm t

Overall hotel and food was good. We booked hotel on 29th may and confirmed and on 31st said hotel was booked for marriage function or something and rooms not available and we request and they pr-emit to stay for 4 hours. And the room was not cleaned and bed sheet not changed and there is no soap toothpaste water bottle anything in room. Totally disspointed

I strongly recommend mm to remove from your hotel list- it’s horrible hotel- it’s not a hotel a 3rd class lodge

Hotel staff insufficient for the hotel due to which delay in service and tired staff

stayed for a night with family in this place. Going by the town of kuppam, this place is very decent and definitely the size of the room and its cleanliness does surprise you in a pleasant manner. Affordable prices as well, i must say. Toiletries were provided for as promised. No electric kettle in the room, could be a problem, if you are travel-ling with family. That is what the three stars, marked here, are for. The wiring inside is all messed up, the bed sheet was torn at one place, the health faucet was at 4ft height due to wrong designing. Worst of all, there is no kitchen here. The breakfast in the morning came from the canteen of the college - owned by the same hotel! that too, it is a fixed dish - idli etc. Though we could not get it as it does not arrive before 730hrs and we left at 720hrs! date of experience : january 2021.
Safe as the parking is within the premises. The hotel ensures temperature checks.

The service and hospitality of the staff could be better. There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel in this digital, ICT engineering town.
