Staff was good. Location of room is good as we can see the sea shore from window, ideal for non ac rooms.

Rooms are not at all as uploaded picture. Very small. Not provided clean bed sheets and pillow cover. Lack of basic amenities. Ac & tv are not properly functioning only plus point the location of property.

No one was there during night to attend any need in the hotel. Ac was not on in our room though it was an ac booking. At the time of checkout also no one was there in reception. I kept on calling but no response from anyone. At-least no number at reception counter to call. I waited for so long and just came off

Beach edge guest house room was big but a lot of basic amenities was missing or not upto the mark. Bathroom was very small and komod seat was missing. Geyser was not working and giving electric shock at the tap. The geyser was replaced after complaint. No hangers or hooks for drying clothes. No room service. Had to clean and broom floor ourselves. Too much mosquitoes and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bed sheets torn and had holes, blanket dirty and torn in several places. Owner not very concerned about feedback from guests.

No maintenance, lot of mosquitoes because of low cleaning. Tv is not working in room. Water is not available until and unless the corporation water tank comes and fill the overhead tank. No wash basin is there in bathroom. Furniture is broken. All is that waste of money.

Mosquitoes all around the AC room. Bathroom is leaking. AC outlet pipe in bathroom. Lots of whole for mosquitoes to raom around. Heavily priced without any facility. Room space is very limited to move for one person.
