businessWell maintained and really beautiful homestay. Property is well furnished as per whatever specified in the portal. It has good cross ventilation. Place is energetic. In and around you have few good eateries for dining out. You have grocery, vegetable and fruits shops for preparing food in the kitchen. Host is responsive.
Average stay
business1. Ac remote was not working 2. Ac was in only one room 3. Parking had another vehicle parked. 4 flat had previous guests slippers. Overall very average and too expensive for the facilities provided.

Hi Mr.Santosh Hariharan Sir, Thanks for your review, however, your reviews smells your malafied intentions just to damage our property image, you were never informed anything to us during your entire stay at our property, the points which you mentioned in your reviews & you stayed very comfortably in your entire stay, we are having four reserved covered car parkings in the same society, we are having one brand new Ac in masterbedroom & one brand new excellent symphony cooler in another bedroom. Slippers we kept for our guests, because some guests wanted slippers even inside the house. Our Ac remote is perfectly working, we provided you the fully furnished 2bhk entire flat at a very reasonable rate at a very prime location of pune city with 24 × 7 security & cctv, 24 hrs lift facility & daily free maid service & free broadband high speed wifi facility. Hope you will never do this with your other future hosts.
