Friendly staff but room hygiene is below average. Bedsheets were tored, washroom maintenance is average. Not shown as in pictures but 10/10 for friendly staff and 4/10 for all other

After paying more than 2000 u won’t get any drinking water bottles atleast. Rooms are just below average

We booked a/c room, but they gave the room with non working ac, we requested for other rooms, but he denied to give new rooms, very bad

No facilities at hotel

They do not even have staff to take your luggage to the room and bring it back during checkout. They hardly listen to complains or address it.

The caretaker is very rude and their services are equally bad. Their breakfast is bad. They would straightforwardly say no to any request or issue being raised from your end. There is too much background noise all the time from surrounding. Also, they say pets are not allowed in the property when they themself have a stinking dog who keeps on drooling all the time. Not recommended to stay

I had booked hotel from monday to mid of week. However when i reached the hotel at late night they said that they have given away the room. They then arranged me in a different hotel of their. In the new hotel, room cleaning was not done daily, you can't wash your clothes in washing machine as it was only for the people on monthly basis. However, it-he single star i m giving because the owner accommodated me in new hotel as his team had sold out the original one despite booking.

I was given another flat other than what i booked i. E, 3 bhk as shown. The hotel people charged 800 extra for confirmation of my booking at the time of check in. As i was in a hurry, i had to pay an extra amount. Horrible nonac single room allotted to me.
