Stay was very comfortable and the hotel is located directly between old and new manali, so the property is very well connected through auto and taxi services. Just that local know the property by "Baikunth Magnolia". Food is good, they have clean rooms and they have two beautiful dogs in the property. Our stay is wonderful. Property is amazing, service is great too. Their garden with variety of flowers is a real cherry on the cake.

The property is very good and well maintained. Neat and clean rooms. The only thing it lacks is good food, specially the breakfast which was not upto the mark and doesn’t resemble the ambience of the property.

Decent Small Hotel with Basic amenities.
Good small hotel with basic facilities. Location is good. Close to old Manali. Access to hotel is thru small lane, mostly traffic is heavy but same is the issue with all hotels inside main Manali area. Breakfast was not up to mark, repetitive esp for longer stays. Food otherwise was good and quite reasonable. Good / considerate staff. Though not much relevance, TV was not working.

Excellent Stay
Everything was excellent. Location was fantastic. Situated in between Deodars. View from balcony was nice. In May month, You can see Snowy mountains from Balcony. Mall Road just 1 km away and easily accessible on foot. Parking facility available. Staff were very cordial especially Lucky, Deepak , Risabh and Dimple. And the most important- Rooms were in very clean condition. Food of Restaurant was marvellous. Chef’s hand was excellent. Badminton court was there. Kits for cricket was there.

The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable, service was also pretty quick. Only the noise because of the music played by the sky dining restaurant next door was a sore point. Besides the noise from next door the stay was pretty comfortable.

Gorgeous property located at perfect locality

Bedzzz Xclusiv Baikunth is well located in close proximity to the best cafés in Old Manali. It boasts a lovely ambience with lush lawns and serene environment. The icing on the cake is the attentive and well-trained staff who are very quick to respond to the guests’ needs. All in all, a great holiday destination.

The property is so beautiful and well maintained and at a very short distance to Mall Road, Hidimba Devi Temple and Manu Temple. The staff is super courteous and hospitable. However, the food is here is average. The property will be much liked by kids

Couple trip to manali, 3 nights
First the positives - the rooms were good with all amenities. The hotel was kind enough to give us an upgrade to their premium room. Good views, excellent location of the hotel. Negatives - the hotel has recently been taken over by leisure hotels, so there is no board or marking of any kind enroute. The hotel board still says baikunth magnolia and we were trying to find bedzz xclusive! breakfast was a sad affair, all we got was omlette, parantha. Upma/poha in the room since their dining hall was under repair and we were the only guests staying in the hotel, i think. We ordered dinner only once, it was costly and pathetic. Other nights we walked to old manali and had food there.
