Relaxing vacation

My wife and i visited manali for a relaxing trip. A friend recommended hotel baikunth. The hotel is located between old manali and mall road markets and is walking distance to both these places. The resort has lot of open space and guests can relax in the lawns. The food is very tasty and wholesome. Mr thakur, the manager and his team is very courteous and positive in their attitude. They went went out of the way to accommodate our requirements and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Suggestions for improvement. 1. As there is frequent power shut in manali, automatic power backup is a must. 2. Frig and safe should be provided in the room.

Highly recommended by me!experience was 10/10, the staff was extremely caring - there wasnt any single negative reply for anything requested. Room service was excellent so was the food and stay.

Terrible Stay

The staff is very bad not one is on reception in morning at the time of check in the hotel was closed and no one was picking up the phone i had to take another hotel for 3-4 hrs in emergency and at the time of breakfast they said we can't offer you the breakfast before 8:30 as i had a bus at 8 i re q them for a lite snack like bread jam at 7:50 am but they refused and said that everyone is sleeping. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life please everyone i have a re q first see the review and then decide for the stay
