We had an excellent and comfortable stay at bella vista during our 3 day trip to mahabaleshwar. Highly recommended! the staff is very humble and polite. They will greet you with a smile and a namaste every time they see you. The food and especially the breakfast was very good. There’s a live singing session during the dinner time and it was awesome. There’s a spa as well which is equally good (sharing from experience. There are plenty of good stuff in the resort which you will love and love more if you have small kids with you. We faced a minor glitch with balcony window being too hard for opening and closing, but they immediately provided us an alternate and better room. The view from the room balcony was simply awesome. Only issue we faced was about hot water supply in the bathroom. For some reason, it wasn’t working. We complained about it and it was solved almost immediately but we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes to actually consume the hot water, which is ok i believe. The property is spread in different sections and you’ll need to climb many steps to access those sections. You’ll love it or hate it based on your age and preferences. I loved it mainly because of my 2 kids (9 and 6 years of age. Not recommended for elderly (70) people because they’ll hate for sure.

Excellent location, friendly staff, delicious food and romantic environment. I decided to stay to celebrate my 15th anniversary and it was a fantastic experience which we cannot ever forget. Strong recommendation to stay at this property.

The entrie trip was fantastic. The resort specially being the best part of it. Had a soothing experience rendering a relaxation that i never experienced before. The rooms were well kept and the staff had been very courteous. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would surely recommend to go for this place if you want a peaceful and serene experience away from the cacophony of mundane life.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The overall amenities were excellent, providing all the comfort and convenience i needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff was attentive and friendly. However, the food could have been improved in terms of flavor and variety. Despite this, my stay was pleasant, and i would recommend this hotel for its tranquility and quality of service.

It was truly an amazing experience staying at bella vista resort. The staff is very polite and helpful. The property is neat and clean with great kids playing area and also indoor games for adults. Food excellent. I would love to visit again soon.

Beautiful property amid-st nature! great place to visit with your kids. Food was excellent and staff was very courteous! spa room could have been made better but masseuse were professional.

Rooms are very spacious, we stayed in the red wing delux rooms, breakfast spread is amazing and overall dinner experience was great lots of activities for kids as well as adults full marks for cleanliness and service staff is very friendly and views are amazing location is also away from any hustle of the city but not too far from it

Was a pleasant stay with bella vista resort. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful l and cordial. Room service is fast. Food was tasty and well prepared. The view for the room was very nice. Overall will love to visit again

A well maintained property. Pros: Convenient location Prompt service Great staff The best food! even the breakfast offers plenty of options. The property is spread on a large area offering rooms with beautiful views from ground to 2 floors, it involves plenty of walking without lifts - so senior citizens with certain physical conditions may find it challenging while others would likely enjoy walking in the lawn under the mild Sun and a cool breeze.
