It was a brilliant stay, the room and the view was fantastic. They have a shared kitchen also so we can cook there. The room was spacious and clean. 24hrs hot water is avaliable. The caretaker raju was helpful.

Had a great time at bellevue, coonoor. Check in was easy and the caretaker was there to welcome us. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and upto the mark. The manager, ha-rub did constant checks to see if we were comfortable and required any assistance. Would definitely recommend!

I recently visited ooty and conoor with my family and booked bellevue, it has an incredible view and the people working there are very helping and polite.

An excellent homestay with spectacular view of Coonoor town and mountains, we had a great time. You can have your bonfire and bbq prepared by raju your personal butler. Swiggy delivery is available so it’s the perfect location.

The rooms are as shown in the pictures, with a beautiful garden and the view from the garden is so beautiful. This place is located behind the coonoor junction restaurant. It's easy to reach here. It's not a hotel, it's a homestay, don't expect a hotel like facilities. You need to do all the work by yourself like filling water, warming your water, getting the plates from the kitchen etc, and being self dependent.

Pros: 1. It's a well maintained old building in a great location 2. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable 3. The private garden is nice and well maintained. 4. Co-operative staff cons- 1. They still use old spring mattresses and pillows which are not really comfortable. They can be replaced with memory foam mattress 2. There is no kettle in the room. In this kind of weather, we should be able to heat the water easily. 3 house keeping person is not present at the property all the time. In case we need something, we have to roam around looking for him.

Bellevue property is located very near to coonoor bus stand. Rooms are very neat and you can occupy the garden area for camp fire and barbeque stuffs. It will be a perfect stay for family. Care taker are polite and helpful. Overall nice stay. Only drawback is you need to wait long for hot water. Cos it's operating via solar.

Property is really great at a good location and beautiful view. Walkable distance from sms park. Service meanwhile was pathetic. Our bathroom seat was broken and tv was non functional. We asked the caretaker and owner for two days straight to get it fixed with no luck. Neighbourhood dogs used to come in and rest on the sofas meant for us and we woke up to a sight of dog poop in the entrance which was not even cleaned up. Caretaker is not at all service oriented and almost made us feel like he was doing us a favour by letting us stay there.

I stayed with my family and here is my review pros: 1. Very good location in coonoor. It has a nice hilltop view of the whole city. 2. Property is well maintained with nice lawns and sitting areas 3. Caretaker was nice enough to arrange for taxis for local sightseeing cons: 1. Rooms do not have enough ventilation. We felt suffocated at night. 2. Although we were promised a room with three beds, but we were provided with just two. A third mattress was arranged by property and one person had to sleep on the floor. It was a huge inconvenience 3. Hardly any staff available. It's really hard to get their attention if you require any help 4. No food options available, not even drinking water. Overall, it's a nice property. However, requires lot of attention to enable better experience for guests.

Not worth the money

I booked 2 deluxe rooms for the same price and in one of the room there was no tv or kettle or any coffee or anything which was mentioned on mmt. There is no in house ‘chef’. There was one caretaker who was least bothered about anything. After reaching the property we asked for tea and snacks, the caretaker bought some pakoras from the market nearby and served it to us cold. I never saw any maid/cook cleaning or cooking anything. You need to manage the food on your own. The wardrobe in the rooms were is bad condition not even cleaned. The tv in the room wasn’t even working or connected to the wifi. In one of the room even the door lock wasn’t there from inside. We had to use the key to lock the door at night. Definitely not worth the money i paid for these rooms. Very bad service

The property is very average. Overpriced. There is no common washroom for the drivers. Charging 3. 5-4k with no basic services makes no sense

Property owner was very greedy and very basic services were not available. He continuously followed to extra 1500 charged for extra bed which was not even needed. We returned the extra bed given immediately after reaching but basic curtsey was missing. Good property, good location but be aware of greediness of the owner and services

My check in was denied by the caretaker. They are saying all property is booked. Kindly make the arrangement to refund my payment as soon as possible.
