No locks to the door and no bottled water available worst stay of my life i would rather sleep in my car than in this hotel

I am sorry to tell about our disappointing experience with the homestay villa. The information provided was clearly inaccurate and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The absence of basic amenities such as parking access, internet, TV, and street lights, as well as the unhygienic condition of the utensils, quilts, and kitchen, dusty, moist & damp rooms made our stay very unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of access due to the steep and narrow road- even an expert driver would find reaching there tough- we have to climb almost 500m of elevation with our old mother and sick son & Additional charges for food delivery, added to the frustration and inconvenience we experienced. Furthermore, No bathroom kits, the inadequate heating arrangements in the villa, with only one heater for two rooms, made it even more uncomfortable for us . It is disappointing and unacceptable that the information did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodations. Additionally, a refund or compensation should be considered for the inconvenience and misrepresentation we faced during our stay. We even have pictures of the same.
