Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the owner& staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two kids 11 & 8 years olds and lots of luggage. Owner is super helpful arranged transportation to explore multiple places in thekkady. One of the best part as complimentary we visited spice garden truly mesmerizing experience. Thank you for cooperation will visit again.

We stayed here for two nights. The caretaker is very kind and helpful. Although there was a major power outage at that time. He managed to provide necessary needs. The room was very clean and big.

Very beautiful stay at the given price, well maintained with garden, ac rooms were clean and spacious. The owner was very polite and helpful, he also allowed us to extend our stay for a few more hours without charging any extra money. Also it is near by to spice garder and elephant junction.

Everything was fine. There are no words to say more about room service.

Been cottage is excellent stay with very comfortable, clean and rich maintained cottage. We got the room with balcony and the stay is very pleasant. We requested food at the stay and bunny the owner is very kind and very helpful and prepared dinner(chicken, chalati, rice, salad and rice) for us and the food is excellent. Me, my wife and kid was very much enjoyed the stay for all the amenities and very well maintained cottage. Special thanks to bunny for making us very comfortable and feel like home away home. Recommended everyone to book and feel the pleasant stay.

A perfect place to stay for a short duration, the home stay is centrally located and easy to reach most of the tourist view points
