Excellent location, very clean and large rooms. Restaurant serves tasty cuisine and fairly large portions too. Has sufficient parking space. Staff are very courteous too. Very moderately priced for the facilities provided.

Their service was excellent really great , and the property was well maintained. I really need to mention their restaurant because their food was great with quality and quantity. They have a rooftop bar please do vist the atmosphere is so good. I was there for 3 days and all the 3 days were really good. There breakfast menu is purely veg

I asked them to hold the room for a very late check in and they obliged. As parking is limited, it was difficult to park the car but there again they went all out and found me a safe spot. The room service dinner was nice as was the la carte breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. A very satisfying experience totally.

The stay was nice. They do not have breakfast buffet but the la carte breakfast was good. Parking might be a problem although I got a spot for both days of the stay. Drinking water provided, 2# 500 ml bottles, is not adequate for even one person. They charge for extra water. Room was good, well furnished. Overall, stay was nice.

We had few relatives visit for a function and we had them stay at Hotel Benhur. The place is very well maintained very nice rooms with large toilets. Staff is very nice. We were also able to do a dinner at the mammas restaurant very conveniently to extremely easy to manage a large group with kids.

Immaculate clean hotel and premises in the middle of city .Very close proximity to forum mall ,Pettah metro station also they have in-house restaurant which serve authentic Kerala food as well as continental food .I must say hostess who welcome guests to the resturant is very kind also staffs are well trained . Sincere appreciation to front office team and house keeping team for keeping this property immaculately clean. Extended my stay considering the great customer first approach from front office team .Keep up the good work. Much love to you all

I forgot a bottle. When I called the hotel 3 hours after checking out, the answer was that there was no such bottle. Very bad behavior.

The stay at hotel Benhur was very cozy and comfortable. Very neatly kept rooms and the property has a really nice cozy ambience. We really enjoyed the stay at this property as it was so relaxing and peaceful. Very well maintained and the hotel staffs were professional and friendly and were ready to help throughout our stay.

your stay starts with the Hotel's callous attitude of asking the guest to fill their booking form saying "the management insists that guest should fill the form in own handwriting". Then you are taken to the room by a reluctant staff who does not even guide you about facilities in the room and leaves the luggage in the walkway. Later you ask for water they say that the water provided over and above the two small bottles is chargeable. I can understand that mineral water is chargeable but how can normal filtered water be charged. In a room for two guests how is supplying two small bottles of water reasonable. Make my Trip should mention this in the amenities section. The AC in the room made a noice. Finally their roomservice starts only at 8 AM. Overall a very poor experience. Queerly it seems that owners have built a good property but given it to wrong set of managers and employees who are least bothered about customer delight.

I’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. The location is convenient and easy to access. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a minimal and classy aesthetic. I stayed in both the Suite and Deluxe rooms, and both were excellent. The furniture is high quality and everything feels well maintained. Cleanliness really stands out here. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable and reliable place to stay. Highly recommended. The ambience is peaceful and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Room service was prompt and professional. Would definitely choose this place again for future stays.
