I am very disappointed this time because i booked this property after seeing the 5 star rating. There was no cleanliness. Everywhere there were cobwebs, cockroaches, the bathroom celling is leaking, there is no geyser or hot water in the bathrooms and the bed linens and towels are dirty, etc.
