Review Of BEST WESTERN Maryland Hotel

I had an wonderful stay at this hotel as they really went out their way to help me charging my EV, though from outside it does look small but the rooms and amenities are top notch with special mention on the room size.

It is good property at main road to Jhirakpur. Food quality is very good.Morning breakfast had good menu and variety of dishes.Good for people traveling to Chandigarh and surrounding.

Property is old, needs Maintainance. Bed quality mattresses, bad towels, croaked sinks and dripping water in showers. Bad hotel demeaning for best Western brand… have stayed in best western and desired to continue our journey in the same hotel… hotel is really pathetic

The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. The food is decent and so is the variety at the morning breakfast buffet. It’s good value for the price you pay.

It doesn’t deserve to be called as a 4star hotel. Everything is poor. Room cleanliness, bed linen, bath towels, food everything horrible.

The hotel was nicely located. Staffs are friendly and polite. Rooms are big. Mattresses are comfortable. No view from the window. I was allotted to Room 209. Water soaking from the bathroom roof in the shower area. The towels provided were looking decades old. They need to provide new towels. I have stayed in Best Western La Vista Pathankot, Maharani Bagh, Darbar. They are much nicer than this. The hotel needs to rework if they want to retain old customers or regular customers.

It was a good experence and rooms are properly maintained.

The property shown was different. That property was closed due to low occupancy and they gave us the old property behind the new one which had very small room and that too was stinking. Food quality was also terrible

Staff very very abusive firstly they never told us the kitchen closing time at dinner since we checked at 9pm almost and they refused to give us dinner at 10 pm Atleast they can inform before closing spl if we are crying 1 month old baby and 3 senior citizen in which 2 are diabetic... after so much requests and begging really they gave us food......it was cheating really they did not gave morning buffet and gave hardly to eat something.....At the time of checkout reception guy was really very rude especially with my father ....Pathetic experience it was a nightmare for us
