Booking system is very effective and easy, room /stay looks like as showing hotel staff behaviour was fantastic

Location- Either u come from narkanda side or from rampur/anni side , you will get many km stretches of roads which are bad or narrow and where one has to reverse the car again and again for upcoming car or truck. If ur luck is not in sync with u, this can cause serious palpitations, sweating and high BP or accidents for the novice drivers. The hotel is 4 km away from junction of roads diverting to Tanni jubbar lake which is another 4 km away. So for visiting the lake u need to drive 8 km on one side. Alongside lake is a small eco park. Parking is limited and on roadside.(There was one hotel on lakeside with good parking but i was not able to check out the name).I dont think there is anything else to visit there. U can take a taxi from here to go to visit the Hatu peak and mandir which a must visit place.Narkanda must be 15 km away from hotel. After 5-6 km the road towards narkanda becomes wide n manageble. Hotel- Newly renovated. Only hotel in the area with dedicated car parking for at least 7 cars.May be more, as some construction was going on. From backside u can walk and take a stroll in the apple farms. There are 3 very nice dogs. Rooms of delux category 201 was enough spacious and made in good taste. Washroom was avg in size and equipped with exhaust fan, floor wiper, room sleepers which most hotels dont provide. Electricity and water are never a problem. Water pressure in shower was not so good but ok. Geyser was in working condition. Host family is excellent and help u the best they can. Wi is free, though airtel n jio networks were coming on my phone. Drinking water is not complementary. Tea, coffee, sugar sachets are provided free with the electric kettle.Linen was clean but i found 1 strand of hair on pillow, may be they dont change bedsheet or pillow covers after single use.I didnt like the sleeping mattress . Pillow size was too thick to be used while sleeping. But these things are based on personal preferences. I like medium thick and hard bed and a thin pillow. Food- We had matar alloo, chicken curry, and himachali dishes bhaturu, lingri ki sabji and Pakain . Though the oil use in making the food is very very generous, the taste was very good and different from normal punjabi food. Bhaturu, and lingri ki sabji were star items. I advice they to put Bathu ki kheer in their sweets menu for people with sweet tooth.

The food was terrible as well as ashish did not pick up my call as he was sitting with friends so it was bad experience with us

The location is very beutiful, on hill side you can see the orchids of apple & cherry on the valley side tall pine trees gives a mesmerizing view specially during sunset. Property is neat and clean with friendly host. We arrived a bit late on the checkin day but host has accommodated our request for snacks and dinner quite well considering the location is away from the main highway and after sunset not very easy to arrange things. Rooms are spacious and well arranged, you get warm water/ morning tea just on a call. 3 super friendly dogs, browni, sheru and romeo makes your stay even more enjoyable, couple of them would even extend a company if you take a walk in the neighborhood. Common area in property for bone fire, restaurant etc. Are well arranged too. You can try some local dishes in the menu, we tried siddu, which was tasty. Based on our experience, it is good to stay during summer and we came to know it's also nice during snowy winter when winter sports happen in narkanda.

As soon as i stepped into the room, i was overwhelmed with a sense of awe. The room had a bunk bed and was exquisitely adorned with intricate wooden architecture. Both uncle and aunty, along with their helper, provided exceptional hospitality. They ensured that food was available at any time, and it was truly amazing. The dining area was incredibly beautiful, reminiscent of a high-end restaurant. It was evident that they were planning to open a hotel with 10-15 rooms, as the facilities provided felt more like those of a hotel rather than a home stay. The location was picturesque, with breathtaking sunsets and a large courtyard where they arranged bonfires. I absolutely loved my stay and the stunning surroundings.

I visited with my family and booked maharani suite (two interconnected rooms. This is a beautiful and well maintained property at an offbeat location. This place is super peaceful. Multiple apple orchids around. A nice trail to walk around especially early morning. Anjali is a super duper host, 10/10 for her behaviour and promptness for any requirement. Property is super clean and hygiene has been very well taken care wifi, tv, geyser, clean towels, clean bedsheet, sleepers for property, etc all facilities were available food tasted absolutely awesome. We had pakoda, veg maggie, omlette, egg curry, a loo matar, parathe and everything tasted exquisite. Important thing was that food was always served in time car parking is available within the property premises as well. I would love to visit next time with my friends group.

Staff is really very good and property is well maintained
