Location is good close to beach ,services not up to mark.Food is the main problem .No canteen available,we have yo order food from outside.

The room was clean and as mentioned in the website. The check in was smooth and the property was accessible to the beach.

The property is located at a really beautiful location with the sea in front of it. The rooms are really good with spacious bedrooms. The downside of the same is, some basic missing ammenities, like water was not pre provided and we had to request for the same. There is no restaurant in the property so food is another concern.

the property was very close to beach which was very clean and most attractive part. room and property both were spacious enough and kids could play well. only drawback was no in house restaurant and we need to order food out, but zomato swiggy was easily available. great property to stay will come back again 😊

A beautiful place to stay with your family. Place feels very safe and easily accessible to beach just 100m. Caretaker is also very good and polite. Rooms are very cleaned like 5 star hotel. Rooms have a beautiful sea view and you can enjoy morning and evening in the balcony enjoying sea view. Highly recommend place to stay with group or family. A good parking space with more than 10 cars.

The rooms were perfect, with a great view of the sea. Easy access to the beach. The host was very friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. And if i were to come back to kannur, i’d always choose this place to stay.

The caretaker of the property is the sweetest. Will give you anything you ask for and is always available to help. The only thing that i would have liked if it included breakfast.

The property was at the payamballam beach road. The extended part of payamballam beach is right infront of the property which is accessible anytime. The cleanliness was top notch, even better than many multi star hotels. The house was well maintained with beautiful interiors done. The beach road is beautiful and happening at night also. Special mention to preman, the caretaker, he has maintained the property so well and was available for any issues all the time. Only drawback is lack of access to kitchen, though we were able to use the fridge. Zomato and swiggy work well in the area.
