Review Of Bharat Hotel (BTH)

Been visiting for 40 years. BTH has remained my favourite stay in Ernakulam. They have consistently maintained their excellent standards.

Very wonderful hotel and the food was awesome and tasty ! It’s a pure veg treat for the peoples ! Worth stay

Location- very good and calm, close to beach & station. Food is good but expensive

I stayed at the old wing. The chairs upholstry looked dirty. The walls too looked aged. The bathroom was clean thankfully. The linen was clean too. The new wing was much better last time Didn't have a meal, so unable to comment. Next time,will book only if the new wing is assured.

Quiet and convenient location near temple, good cafe, clean and comfortable room. Had a nice time.

Staff behaviour was rude and property maintenance was not upto the mark. Dirty towels and water bottles with algae were in my room

BTH has always been a safe heaven for professional women who are also vegetarian. They symbolise traditional values with quick and promt service be it drinking water in your room or a cup of piping hot filter coffee in the restaurant. the quality if food and servixe remains uniform, efficient and caring. Stayed in the Hotel BTH for 2 nights. Room No 353 where we stayed was next to an area where some repair/ construction activity was in progress. Naturally there was noise, dust and cement. Normally the discomfort to the guests could have been avoided if this room was kept vacant for the period of construction activity. Probably the Hotel placed trust and belief on MMT travellers’ ‘. accommodative ’ nature.Overall service and courtesy of Hotel staff was however very good.

Comfortable Stay & Delightful Veg Breakfast The hotel stay was relaxing with clean rooms and courteous staff. The highlight was the veg breakfast buffet—fresh, flavorful, and diverse. From crispy dosas to fluffy idlis and seasonal fruits, everything was well-prepared. The coffee was excellent too. A great start to the day in a cozy setting!

Clean room. Good room service. Central location which helped me to get quick conveyance from the hotel to the places where I wanted to go.

Location was very good as it was very close to the railway and Metro station. Easy to get transport to any direction. I didn't take any meals, so no comment. the room was clean and the other requirements were taken care of, very well.

As per Images commitment it's totally waste of Money... Hotel Staff didn't get any complementary water also they didn't wash any glass or bowl or sppon, same things they keep as it is used... we wasted our Money... request to kindly return back 50% of booking value bcz totally last quality worst hotel in Cohin....

The rooms were nice, clean, with large windows, and good service. Bathrooms were clean, with hot water. Staff was very nice, friendly and readily available for help.

Parking vehicles is well maintained. Assisted for transferring language to room& back. Room stay was comfortable, neatly arranged and highgeenik. Good Food .
