Convenient location, only 1 km from kannur railway station. Good, covered parking space, kids can en around and play. Calm and quite atmosphere. Very good supportive staff. Neat and ckean rooms. Selection of restaurants nearby. Excellent management.

Property was well maintained and close to bus stop and railway station. Good host, went over and beyond to provide support with getting food and special tea. Rooms were also excellent.

Location was good. Very near to railway station, and easily accessible by car. We just need to ask for town square to the auto guys. Ample car parking space. Hot water was not readily available. We had to make a request. Blankets were not available for the extr beds. Overall a decent option to stay in kannur if one can adapt to the prevailing circumstances.

Very cosy and quanta property, looks like a villa. Except in-house restaurant the hotel ticks all the amenities. Looks good for functions as they have small hall. Complimentary breakfast is arranged from outside. Swiggy and others cater food to the hotel. Good for a budget stay. Ample parking available.

bad experience. Supporting staff good location but this property needs proper maintenance which is missing. Here are my findings which made my experience bad. Toilet is too small because of that taking bath is a challenge, first two day we were getting too hot water and no cold water last day they did some fix and it was balanced. Bugs and cockroaches all around Spider nets. Foul smell. For breakfast fixed options as they do have any restaurant.
