Overall it's a good experience. Room were clean and well sanitized. Good food and excellent scenery view from resort.

Very cooperative host. We arrived late but had staff waiting room kept ready and clean neat. Value for money. Breakfasts home max was delicious and hot

It was a terrible experience seeing drivers openly drinking and dancing in the only parking space. Nothing to enjoy. Terrible

Phone no. Not updated in mmt. Very poor customer attitude. Unruly behaviour of caretaker. Noisy. Not suitable for family stay.

Bed bugs and broken bed

I was provided with a room which has no screens and complete windows, there were bed bugs and cot was broken. When spoke with caretaker about he suggested adjust and stay and never took care of things

Had a terrible experience during my stay in room no.103. The windows were not closing properly in the room ad well as balcony, making the room chill and noisy, due to gush of high winds. When contacted the hotel manager replied it is not his problem. Food is not available in house and for getting food from outside they are charging extra transportation cost. To make matter worst in the morning there was no water in the tap. My worst stay for the last 30 years!

The location of this hotel is in a steep. It is really tough to drive back. I have booked for a mountain view room, but when i reached there, they told me it is already occupied. There is no intercom or landline phone to call the reception. Food was brought from outside and given for me, and i got stomach pain the next day. Not recommend for anyone. Only good thing was the room was good. But washroom was not clean
