The Ambince of bed room is not up to mark

The rooms were smelling of fungus and no direct sunlight at all. Bathrooms were below average with broken faucet and shower with minimal water pressure. Pillow covers were dirty and unwashed. Food was average.

WORST.. WORST..WORST...WORST! Worst Facility to stay in Panipat, (Bhumi Residency) . Condition of the Rooms: Horrondous (Waahiyaat) . Condition of the Bathroom : Even Worse. Condition of the lobby: A slum is better. All the bedsheets and pillow covers were stinking as if they havent been washed since long. the smell of something rotten was present in the whole room, measures were not taken even after informing the staff. Power was not uniform, the whole night I kept calling the reception to work on the AC power cuttoff, it felt like they were switching it off on purpose to save electricity. Behaviour of the staff was with zero affect in their faces knowing that the guests are not getting provided with the proper facilities.

Although the stay is only two nights, we had an excellent stay at Bhumi Residency. The receptionists are very friendly and help us with any conveniences. We haven't ordered any food from the residency, so we are not experiencing any services there. However, even if we do, I guess and hope it will be good too.

I stayed at this property for the 2nd time. The property seemed to be in some reconstruction mode from the outside but from the interiors there is no discomfort. As usual it was a peaceful and great stay.

Nice property with great location and facilities. Unfortunately, it was under renovation hence few facilities were temporarily not available.

The staff was very rood, at morning check out time they ask for extra money and hold our luggage’s also, they ready to fight with us, our car key also they try to remove from from our car, very disappointed, after 1 hrs discussion they negotiations on extra money, then we plan to informed police after that we get some relief, but then also staff talking with bad words language and thrown our luggage’s outside, be aware when you checking in this hotel, very dangerous think 100 times before you checking

everything was good from location to food to services to amenities everything was superb. i stayed there for 2 nights and whenever I placed order for anything be it food be it hot water everything was just so quick and span that it left me amazed even the staff was very courteous

Well connected location, delicacies along with prompt room service and a very amicable reception. I enjoyed my short stay very much really.

Room walls was not clean even washroom was not clean. Food quality was not good. Room service was ok. Overall average stay, for this stay they are charging so much amount.

Executive room is good staff is good. Still have to improve in bed and bath linen. Towel quality is ok ok need to improve

Best place to stay if visiting panipat for work trip. Every necessary things available in a 2 min walk.
