Peaceful location with awesome views and great hospitality. Just walking distance from isbt new bus stand. Host is very much cooperative and gentle. Recommend to all those visiting shimla and seeking for peaceful and pleasant stay.

It was great stay. Food, location, view and mostly the hospitality of property owner and staff is awesome. According to price it's great stay and i recommend everyone who is visiting shimla.

Location of the homestay is very good. Near to isbt shimla, but located at a serene location. Beautiful ambience. Staff was very helpful. Food was good enough.

The location is praiseworthy. Room are clean but there is some misunderstanding to find the hotel. It should be good if there is any direction board towards cottage from isbt. Otherwise owner, staff, food, ambience and specially garden is praiseworthy.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Good location, value for money .

It was my first trip to shimla and i chose this property in hurry. Trust me, it was a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs, room, garden/common area, food, dining hall, leisure spot and more. Everything is just outstanding. The location is catch-able and walk-in from new isbt. The best part is service. Mr. Mayukh and all staffs are very polite, helpful and made us feel like a family. My kids enjoyed a lot there. Highly recommended!

Everything was good. Location was a bit of an issue. Requires walking 600-700 metres from isbt tutikandi. Property was beautiful. Stay was comfortable.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. They also serve food but you need to inform them in advance. Overall it's a good stay

Worst service offered by the attenders, ill treating the guests, not a good place to stay, location is very remote, i unable to access any shops nearby, for this we need to go to bus stand which is 2 kms away from hotel which includes one hill, food ok, but charges are very high to the level of big costly hotels, no persons are there for room service, toilets giving nasty smell, they are not providing anything like soap, brush etc., there is lot of similar hotels in simla, so please try with other hotels, other than hotel owner nothing is good, as he is young chap he is polite and decent, apart from this, when we checked out, the attender refused to carry our luggages to our vehicle, car parking area is located some 500 metres away from hotel i. e. including some steps and steep places, my advice not to prefer.

Too worst experiences with bhumi retreat cottages, there are only 2 persons who are making foods for guest as well as doing cleaning on rooms and toilets with no experience. See the cattle how higen and clean which they give us for make tea in room and u can see the clearance of room.
