    Hotel rooms are not good needs maintenance staff also needs some training mineral water not given instead normal water what they said RO water was supplied. Overall experience was not good and the facilities provided weren't in any angel according to the tariff charged by the hotel

    A disappointing stay at bindiram by shrigo hotels

    I recently stayed at bindiram by shrigo hotels in chitrakoot and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel, despite being marketed as a higher-end property, fell far short of expectations. The biggest issue was the price. The hotel was significantly overpriced for the quality of service and amenities provided. The rooms, while visually appealing in pictures, were not well-maintained. In one of our rooms, the bed linen was clearly dirty, suggesting it hadn't been changed from the previous guests. When we raised this issue, we were met with a surprising response from the hotel staff who claimed that since we received an early check-in (for which we were not charged, they were trying to save costs by not changing the linen. The hotel's basic amenities were also lacking. For instance, there were no dishwashers, meaning we had to manually clean our plates before every meal. Additionally, the hotel corridors were carpeted but were not regularly vacuumed, leading to a less-than-hygienic environment. The use of cheap melamine crockery was another major disappointment. The plates and bowls were visibly dirty and unattractive, requiring us to wipe them clean before use. The hotel should consider investing in proper ceramicware to enhance the dining experience. While the food quality was good, the overall experience was marred by these shortcomings. The staff, while trying to be helpful, seemed constrained by the hotel's policies. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The price-to-quality ratio is simply not worth it. The only redeeming factors were the helpfulness of vinay at the front desk and nathuram in the restaurant.

    We stayed for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is good. The room and amenities provided therein are adequate. But it lacks in maintaining cleanliness of pillow cover and bed sheets.     Decent stay at this price

    The stay was decent with decent buffet spread. Do not expect 4 star or 5 star service at this price. Staff was courteous. Cleanliness was above 3. 5/5. Earlier we were allotted a room where a/c temperature was not in our control. However upon complaint, they immediately changed the room. But t. V. Was not working. Items in the menu were very reasonable and i would appreciate that they did not charge for baby’s milk. This is the best hotel available in chitakoot.

    Room service will take forever to attend to you. Even basic requests like spoon or cutlery will be delivered to your room in 30-40 mins and if you complain they will say itna hi time lagta hai. Horrible experience.

    Good hotel but managed ba

    The hotel was new, but the staff seemed to be not professional enough to maintain it. We checked in after midnight, and it was very cold due to the cold wave in early jean 2024. We booked two rooms and got one room that didn't have sealed windows. There are full-length gaps at window joints. There were no room heaters, too, it was horrible. The other room window edge was sealed with a normal cello tape. Hot water takes forever. It looks like their central boiler is not efficient. Next day when i complained, they didn't even apologize. They kind of gave some random answers and agreed to shift the room. They didn't have floor mats, extra towels etc, the reason was laundry guy didn't turn up, no apology even for this. It was shown as a 3 star kind of property but not managed that way. The restaurant staff are very supportive and made the stay little less horrible. This hotel is like a 3 star but management is not efficient. Lot of improvement needed.

    The property was good but management was too laid back. The breakfast was good. They didn’t even have a hair dryer or hand towel, also when i asked for an extra towel they refused. The washroom was not clean and stinky. Sorry to say but it was not worth the price we payed.

    "i have stayed at this hotel several times, but the last two experiences have been very bad. The mattresses and pillows were dirty, there was no hot water for bathing, the taste of the food was subpar, and there were no amenities like a toothbrush, shampoo, dental kit, etc, and the room tariff considering the high rates, it was disappointing"

    Bibdiram is one of the few professionally managed hotels in chitrakoot. The rooms and toilets are well maintained. The food in the restaurant, especially the complementary breakfast is good. The hotel is ideally located on the main road with adequate parking.
