Review Of Biraj International Hotel

I booked 2 double room for 3 people. Hotel service and cleaning is too much bad. For everything we need to request like changing of bed cover, floor cleaning, washroom cleaning etc. For everything staff was giving some bad excuse. We asked hand wash at wash basin but they did not provided at last. Staff behaviour is not polite and trained. NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL. I would request MMT to update the real reviews, don't display paid positive reviews only.

Bad experience because they provided the wrong information when I called them... also in the room no towel is provided....

Good place ease of location to reach no difficulties there good food also you can find there or in hotel also.

The bathroom gate was broken and water clogging in the washroom bedsheet was a little smelly and aside from that room was clean soap was new and towel they gave me was also clean the staff behaviour was very nice and considerate and the security was nice

Room was smelling and bathroom was also pathetically smelling.Bathroom flush was Not working. No toiletory was available. Don't recommending any one . Bedsheet and pillow cover was not available.

Bathroom not clean well 100% and Bedsheet also not well clean , Room maintenance good , Receptionist are good .

Very poor service. When i reached there they told me to wait for an hour in the lobby for the room to be vacated which was occupied by some other guests. They didn't allow one of my friend accompanying me to the room. Room was also dirty

Nice but water heater not in bathroom room is not clean pick spot in wall, Staf is helpful and friendly,

I have stayed in this hotel many times. I find it to be the best in purnia and the best thing is that their staff is very nice and composed.

Very good staff behavior and Service, All Good. The location is very easy to find. I don't take food in hotel restaurant

Poor hygiene, dirty linens and towel, taps and shower were leaking, no charging point near bed and to top it all the manager azad hussain was rude and mannerless, he lacks the sophistication of a manager. They despite having a room empty and ready let you check-in early only on a condition that you will have to check-out at the same time the other day, as in if you check-in early at 10 am today you will have to check-out at 10 am tomorrow; ridiculous! also, they force to keep a copy of your aadhar card, which is totally a dishonour to the landmark judgment by the hon'ble supreme court of india in ks puttuswamy vs union of india case in 2018(right to privacy) where the hon'ble supreme court ruled t hay a hotel or any institution that is not licensed by udai to collect your aadhar data can not mandate it on customers to submit a copy of aadhar. So, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Size of room was not standard siza. It was for single bed. Tv was not there.

A best place for me. Location at very good place. Staff are good behaviour. Very cleaned & hygienic room.

Everything is very good. Thanks all staff members to help my family. About food and service was great.
