Recently renewed apartment. Very large room and neat bath room. Single room consists of one bed and one sofa bed. Location is near to kalpetta town, but situated in a quite and calm place. Over all it's a nice experience.

It is a good place to stay. The rooms were neat and clean and environment was also good. It was in kalpetta and main market was nearby to this place.

The room location is ok but lots of lags in facilities like fan and drinking water and in top floor bathroom water facility too poor

No sofa. No geyser in one of the bathrooms. One of the rooms smelled bad. Hesitates to give complimentary water bottle. No almirah to keep clothes. Poor service for the price.

1)one of the geasers in not working. We complained about it but no response. 2) balcony is under construction and no safety measures in that area. 3)no refridgerator 4)no room service. 5)staff is not available.

The room was empty there is no table or mirror and no geyser i was really upset with this property and you charged me 3000 ruppes it's not worth for 3000 ruppes
