Staff are helpful, but no proper blankets were provided. Not enough bed sheet were provided. didnt mention at the time of check in that we need to inform the previous day for breakfast.

First of all, the rooms were not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches all around the kitchen. The washrooms were not clean. Wifi was not working. Proper house keeping is not there.

WORST SERVICE

There were 79 amenities listed while booking the room. But the basic amenities like complementary water bottle, toiletries, towel, tv (not working) were also not provided. When questioned the receptionist was not responsive he said these needs to be asked to the owner. WORST SERVICE... DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL... There were 79 amenities listed while booking the room. Other room guests on the next floor were making noise which was very audible even if the doors are closed

Totally unserviced flat. Dusted, not wiped, cleaned room, cupboards etc. Toilet smelling bad odour stained, not cleaned.

Disappointed with everything. Usless apartment I ever stayed in my life. Never trust there photos. Its all bad. Place for drunkard people who can sleep on the floor after drinking.
