Overall an excellent stay. The location was fantastic, food and service was very good as well. Once concern i would like to share was regarding the food bill (specifically for dinner on saturday oct 12th. I was charged for an item that i did not order. I informed the restaurant staff about this right away and they acknowledged the error and said they would correct the bill later. However, at the time of checkout i noticed that the bill was not corrected amd i had wait extra 10 mins get things corrected.

Excellent, room is good, service is also very good. View from room is awesome specially waterfall and tea garden. All staffs are polite and good. Food is also very good, restaurant staff is very good. Ambiance and cleanliness is excellent

The location and stay was excellent. Very friendly staff and always willing to help in whatever way they could. There was a fire dance in the night, nature walk in the morning, all were very good. Room was also very neat and tidy. Food is also good and morning buffet has good amount of items.

It was an amazing stay at the blanket hotel and spa munnar. The staffs, hygiene, food all was amazing. Especially the pool side view toward the attukad waterfall; wah! speachless to express the beauty of natute.... We strongly recommend this hotel.... explore in the lap of nature

It was an amazing trip. The resort itself was a visual spectacle. Waterfalls and mountains right from our balcony. Room had all the amenities that we can imagine. Prompt room service was provided every time we needed it. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The solo musical performance was nostalgic. Overall everyone in the family loved the trip.

Great view of attukud water falls. Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained property. Buffet breakfast is extensive , delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, welcoming atmosphere. Good hospitality and amazing service, the property has temperature controlled swimming pool, TT board, board games and gym well maintained. Room service is quick and efficient.

Everything was good about the hotel. Location was not close to main market/city hence peaceful. Staff was extremely attentive to each and every request which was a pleasant surprise to us. Food was also good.
