Location awesome, centrally placed.

Hotel location is very close to Temple and kates point. Peaceful ambience. Staff behaviour was awesome. Pool was clean. Over all very good place .

It's cozy, clean, and staff behaves well. best thing i liked it the view, they have kept the swimming pool in between the two sections of hotel rooms. Overall it's quite good in this price range.

I was not at all satisfied with the stay. Room was not clean, it had full of dust. Tge wifi connection was very poor. We couldnt even call anyone or text because of poor wifi. They didnt even provide us any dental kit. They even charged for the water. Sheets were not clean. Cupboards were also not clean.

It was a great stay. also ambiance, food taste, cleanliness, service was awesome. Chess and carrom is there. It is located at a silent place where you can hear and recognise the bird's voice. best for family and couples.

I booked two swiming pool facing room for my family tour .I have very bad experience in bliss county resort 1.On first night a/c was not working when I complained they told me that they can not do anything because hotel is fully booked. 2. At the time of check the first instructions they given was " parking is at your own risk as there is no security guard at the resort . 3. The game section is not as per the pics .while I asked about foos ball they told me that " this game was in bad condition . 4.The room size is very small not a single extra bed can adjust in this room . 5.No water at wash area beside swimming pool. 6.geasure is not working properly. 7.there is cut in my hand due to broken glass which I submitted in pics

We booked this resort for 4 nights. Pros: it is located near one of the view points in mahabaleshwar. The food served was tasty and they also provided bon fire during the nights making our stay a good experience. Cons: there are no heaters in the rooms making it a bit uncomfortable during the nights. The sheets are not changed on a daily basis. The management provides 1 litre mineral water at the time of check in and not on remaining dates of stay. On my persuasion they provided the same for remaining days.

Location of the resort was spot on, was staying in value plus room following are some of pros : 1. Property is maintained properly. 2. Ample of parking space. 3. Clean swimming pool. 4. Lots of flower pots. 5. Bonfire next to swimming pool at night. 6. They do setup telescope when skies are clear, got good view of the full moon. 7. Helping staff few cons would be : 1. Lift is too slow and congested. 2. Breakfast spread could have been better. 3. Commode was leaking after flush, hope they would fix it before allotting room to next customer. 4. Balcony's are shared between 2 rooms with a glass seperator in between.

It was a pleasant and peaceful stay. The service was good and pro efficient. Rooms were good and clean along with a pool to enjoy in. Thank you for making our stay safe and happy.
