Good. Needs improvement
Good linen & clean hotel. Good for business travel & stay. Restaurant & food services needs improvement. They have outsourced it. Rooms should have one more table for eating etc & additional seats/ sofa.

Very small size rooms
Rooms are too small in this price range and very less options in food. Best thing is it’s exactly infront of metro.

A very Neat and clean Hotel, Good for profes
Great stay at bloom Very neat and clean rooms and very professional staffs Great Hotel for working professionals who is visiting Gurgaon side Bloom's yellow theme is a great refreshing change to the usual themes followed by other hotels The biggest attraction is their centralised Customer database which avoids the hassle to ID card scan over and over Checkin process using our own phone, chat option to get towels and wifi passwords are great example of how to incorporate tech properly in Service industry

space constraint
There was no space for having dinner or work on laptop , everything was occupied by Beds, no hot water in bathrooms even after waiting for 10 min
