The maintaince was pathetic. I was staying in room number 101. There was caterpillar cocoons and it was disgusting. This is a well known hotel chain and really needs to be looked at

The hotel was nice, and service was amazing. However, they can focus more on cleaning the rooms thoroughly before guests arrive.

Rooms are too small and aesthetically not well organised. Staffs are courteous but they should work on the room aesthetic and cleanliness.

I have stayed at Bloom Hotels at other locations and always had a good experience, but Bloom CR Park was quite disappointing. The property is old and not well-maintained. The washrooms had water flowing out, and there was a damp smell in the rooms. Even the lift was not properly clean. On the positive side, the staff was polite and courteous, just like at other Bloom properties. However, the infrastructure at CR Park is outdated and really needs an upgrade. Overall, service was good, but the property itself did not meet the usual Bloom standards.

I dint stay after booking …. Rooms were dirty … and the hotel alloted me the other room which i was not booked …. Also they were asking questions at the time of check in …, which I can’t describe here … so unfortunately i wasted my 5k… and i had to leave the hotel .

The hotel was fine and everything was okay. I was severely concerned when a cockroach jumped out from underneath the sheets when I opened them. This left me feeling weird and we left the hotel.

The property is probably old and doesn’t have a proper restaurant. Lunch and dinner are provided only as in room service. Lift is very old and cramped, making you fear entering it. The rooms are extraordinary small and compact including the washroom. Rooms are so close to each other and in such a small space and the gallery is just 2 to 3 feet wide. Ventilation is a major problem. If there is any fire or earthquake there is no place to exit. Design of the rooms and building is very poor and unsafe to handle any calamity.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Pleasing decor, good service. Rooms have a lot of plug points, everything works perfectly. Good value for money.

Great Property, Neat and Clean Rooms, Aesthetically spacious rooms, Great Location, any famous location is just 25mins from here. Food is good, staff is very courteous.
