I booked for a City View Kind bed room but i got a normal one. Room wasnt as expected small and not properly done

Comfortable and clean room, very accessible geographically. Staff was extremely helpful and quickly attended to queries and requests.

The property is good. Its compact but serves the needs of a traveler looking for good, value-for-money accommodation. The room was quite spacious which was pleasantly surprising. Service was good too, quite prompt and responsive. I didn't order room service but the restro-bar 'Over the Moon' below is excellent in terms of ambience, food etc. So you don't need to go out to catch up with friends or have a good time. The location is pretty convenient in case you have business at Hi-Tech city and its only 30-40 mins from the airport in off peak hours.

The facility had poor service . Non responsive staff. The breakfast was not even up to the mark . This hotel is not worth spending so much . The location however is good and have easy access.

hotel is Average as per its location it's a main road hotel but still we also visited restaurant but we couldn't have anything as the food menu is very limited for veg lovers and the item we ordered was not available overall you can stay here for clean rooms

Room is not standard for paid rent.Bath area is small and became slippery due to insufficient glass partition length.Breakfast is horrible and having limited options.Breakfast is not at all tasty.

Stay was fine as rooms are okay. But other things like breakfast and other facilities like gym or food menu needs a lot of improvement.

I have regular stay to this hotel, but I feel they are losing their chram and efficiency. we even now in this stay the room air conditioning was weak I need to complain to the reception for them to rectify. if that could corrected specially during summer

Good location, polite staff, decent breakfast. Clean rooms, everything works and is well maintained. Nothing looks overused or outdated. You can actually set the room temperature that you like.

The location was good for business purposes. I would suggest having better lighting for shaving and dressing. The breakfast could have improved, especially on the tea and coffee setup. The service was initially good, but now a days it's carefree attitude is what they are following. I raised an issue regarding my room air conditioning, and it took them atleast 3 hrs and repeated calls for someone to attend my and to resolve it

Poor front office management. They don't even call to check when guest is coming for check-in or not. Bathroom is poorly lit and makes difficult for shaving . I called to the hotel receptionist to help me to get the bioking done for Gurgaon but he simply replied go and book directly. No personal touch and help to offer.I have shown the same to your staff while checking out but again no response. Poor Then poor brand standard.

It was good, did not use any amenities. Food menu was bit expensive so went to over to moon for lunch.
