Review Of Bloom Hotel - Lonavala Khandala

I recently stayed at Bloom Hotel, Lonavala, and it was a refreshing experience overall. The property truly lives up to its promise of a clean, modern, and cheerful stay amidst the greenery of Lonavala

PATHETIC SERVICE... Food taste is not good but they are charging 3x charges... extra bed charges are 1000/- for child & Adult both.. outside food is allowed from Zomato & Swiggy but not service the same in the room which comes under thier service for which they are charging.. dental kit, ladies kit, shaving kit quality is very low.. they have mentioned in the rules that alcohol & smoking is not allowed within premises but charging 2000/- if we had smoke which is not mentioned

The stay was clean, staff-excellent. Breakfast was a la carte instead of buffet and all the ordered items were on time, delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the game room and played snooker, table tennis while enjoying the mesmerising views it has to offer.

Accommodation was average but the food availability is challenging The hotel staff is not flexible according to the guest's entire atmosphere like a school strict and disciplined no way to feel relaxing

Property location was very easy to locate and the view of khanadala valley from the room was amazing. Food was good. And service of staff was excellent

location is ok between khandal n lonavala ambiance is nice since it's new property it was quite clean we took the loft family rooms kids loved it but the stairs going up are a bit risky and adults may find it hard to climb up and no bathroom on the top only toilets so difficult for four people to bath. food is not that good also we dint like the breakfast not much options n not tasty especially seeing how much they charge for it .their chicken soup was very delicious though. we had second helping of those .Pool is nice but be ware of monkeys which why there are no open able windows in the room which may lead to some misty smell but keep ac on and door open for sometime n it goes away .All in all it was ok experience in the hotel clean n quite . location is ok between khandal n lonavala ambiance is nice

I booked this hotel for a family holiday. My overall experience was very good. Hotel location is good and accessible. Staffs were also co-operative. Rooms were spacious and Hygienic. Ambience was beautiful. No complaints, evrything was good

The property is beautiful although small, when it comes to location I found the location to be good, it’s in the Pune mumbai highway, so the major tourist attractions were not very far, food was delicious however variety was limited. From service perspective I didn’t find it apt, there is area of improvement, they have less staff it felt and that’s why the service lacked excellence.

It seems like an afterthought—limited space, awkward layout, and a general lack of planning. For a hotel that otherwise maintains a good standard, the parking situation was disappointing and should be urgently re-evaluated. All in all, Bloom has its strengths, but with some attention to airflow and parking, it could offer a far more seamless experience.

Overall good stay. Room was good the way shown on the mmt page. Peaceful and beautiful location. Food taste was fine. Bathroom was good and toiletries was fine. Staff was good. 24*7 front desk service. Smart TV. Wifi. Refrigerator at room.one day stay was fine. Easy to locate .
