It was a very nice experience at Blue Diamond - IHCL SeleQtions, Pune. The staff is quite helpful, checkin experience was very quick and nice. Rooms were clean. Nice spread at Breakfast and we were well looked after. Overall a very good experience.

Hotel was good and executive suite room was also spacious but the property needs overhauling to match Taj brand. Food and drinks were also good but overpriced looking to the property. Overall had a pleasant stay as the location is very good so also the hospitality extended by the staff.

Location is good as it’s centrally located & has easy access. Food spread is awesome. Liked the way, support staff helped to fix the issue in my washroom basin proactively & made my trip memorable

The room was excellent the cleanliness and the quality of every furniture, fixtures was excellent the food is great we have enjoyed swimming and gymnasium the breakfast was awesome the staff was very friendly and humble we have very good stay and looking again to visit
