This resort is located near by beach. Good property and staff is also very helpful. Food is the issue if you are a vegetarian from north india but its not specific to this resort.

Good experience with makemytrip side using exact location and other all required details they provided and very useful that to travel with them. All the mention services are available on that particular location as per mention. Price also low as per compaire other sides and useful easy application.

Poor Stay
Hotel is under construction so not best for family. Per night charges on higher side as you can easily find another options ok same area with almost half price. Staff needs to be more polite while talking to guests.

Dear Customer, The wifi is already available in all the rooms and the password is also given in the rooms. All the Rooms are thoroughly cleaned before guests check-in, so I must disagree with your statement of room not clean. We have O General ACs in all the rooms, which shows top tier cooling performance. In your case, you must have turned on Fan mode on AC remote, which must have resulted in you thinking that the AC is not working. If you had asked us for help regarding this issue, we'd been happy to help you. We provide bottled water in the rooms.
It was poor arrangement
hotel management is poor therefore it is last booking for me poor service meal is not good

Dear customer, we would like to bring to your attention the inappropriate behavior that you displayed during your recent stay at our premises. It is unfortunate that you falsely accused us of poor service, without listening to our explanations. Your map plan, which includes breakfast and lunch 'or' dinner, was clearly explained to you upon arrival. However, you insisted and argued that both lunch and dinner were included in your plan, causing a disturbance. We confirmed with you that your plan only included one of these meals, but you still continued to argue and cause disruption. Furthermore, you only paid a part of the dinner bill, promising to pay the rest later, which never happened. We trusted you, but you failed to keep your word. Your plan included meals for four, but you demanded that the starters served during drinks also be included in your plan. We have many guests who choose the map plan, and they understand and appreciate the terms. You even disputed paying for bottled water, stating that you only drink bisleri, and not the filtered water provided for free. You even tried to drag other customers in this matter by causing a scene but when other customers agreed that the bisleri bottles were payable, you took off without paying for all the bottles. We take pride in providing quality service to all our guests, and it is disappointing that you are accusing us of poor service when we provided you with exactly what was included in your plan. We thank you for staying with us but request that you refrain from acting inappropriately towards our staff and other guests in the future.
V good property location
Hotel location is v good in malvan & also food is good but service is too slow. Wi-fi not available in 1st floor.

Dear customer, it seems you had come across a problem. We have fully functional solar hot water in all the rooms. The dates for your booking was around december end, the resort was fully booked and i don't even need to say how cold it was at that time and you say that there wasn't any hot water? please be more realistic. As for room service, we do serve tea and coffee in the rooms. For lunch and dinner, we have a restaurant right beside the lodge. As for hygiene, we make sure to check that all the rooms are thoroughly cleaned before all check-in. Even so, in case you encountered any problem during your stay we apologize for it.

Good. Service was excellent. Nice place for family. Swimming tank was well maintained. Food is good but scope to improve. Tea and breakfast was soso. Tv was there but only free channel avaliable. Zee, sony, cartoon, channels not available.

Excellent Stay
Stay was extremely comfortable and hygienic. Kids enjoyed a lot. Room is spacious and balcony too. Pool view - sea view room was joy to wake up to beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Pool was very clean. Property is very close to beach merely walking distance. Food is prepared fresh to order hence give time for preparation to enjoy hot delicious meal. Mr. Subham son of owner was taking care of property and guest during his college holidays. Ms. Priyanka was helpful with checking n all. Once i even forgot to lock the room and had asked Priyanka ma'm to do it on our behalf and she helped us. Mr. Shekhar (one of the most hard working staff) is extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. He helped us with booking scuba diving as well as other itineraries. Safe and secure place for kids to play in swimming pool as well as in garden and lawn on their own too. We couldnt get online booking for day 3rd yet had to book another resort for just 1 day. Yet we came back to Blue Heaven to have dinner and all staff including Mr. Subham were very welcoming and courteous towards us and our kids. After dinner kids were playing too at their property. Truly memorable stay👌👌👌 Thanks to wonderful staff of #Nerurkar's #BlueHeavenBeachResort

Staycation during diwali 2022
familyThis property is small and cozy. The food quality is good. But the rooms are not upto the mark. Size is small, beds are small too, furniture is pretty average. It's solar powered electricity creates a problem for warm water.

Dear customer, thank you for your review. Everyone has their own perspective of viewing the world so can't argue with the the property being small and cozy but you are saying the room size is small? that room's size is 310 sq. Ft, which is supposed to be quite big and on top of that bed's size is supposedly king size yet you think it is small. On top of all that that room has a sea view to it yet it's not up to the mark for you? only the hot water supply is solar powered but even that isn't an issue as we have a boiler in case of any problem with the solar, so there's definitely no problem for warm water.

Highly price unprofessional staff
There is no proper room service we were even denied tea at room. Food is average. Staff not trained not worth for price we pay
