Warm hospitality and definitely a great stay! staff felt like family and the rooms like home itself food felt homemade and tasted amazing must stay!

The rent of one day was very high from .there was only one soap in welcome kit and no cup, glass , kettle etc and overall satisfaction is only sat

The owner and staff are quite helpful but there is a voltage problem due to which AC and lights would fluctuate.

The check-in process was smooth, and our room and bathroom were well-maintained. The staff was attentive and took great care of our needs. The restaurant served delicious food. Overall, a lovely resort and definitely recommended for a comfortable stay.

It was a pleasant stay at blue lagoon. The staff and owner are so hospicable and the home cook food was very good.

I have faced worst experiences while I stayed at this hotel. They don't have a proper power backup, the door are making a creaking sound while opening or closing the doors, the bed is not properly maintained. I had booked this hotel for 3 nights while I stayed at port blair. I always regret why I booked this hotel. I have booked this hotel through make my trip as it says a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't not worth a 1 star. When comes to service at the hotel, it was a worst thing. I have to ask them to turn on generator every time there was a power cut. In the 2nd day of stay, the power went off at 2 am in the morning, I have literally waited 20 mins thinking that he will turn on the generator, but he didn’t. I went to down stairs at 2:20 am, as the telephone is not working when there is no power, and asked him to turn on generator. Then only he turned on that. What is the purpose of running hotel, if they don't have basic amenity(power backup). We came to andaman to enjoy the peace and pleasant, but due to this hotel, I lost my peace The only positive about this place is restaurant. They have some decent food and decent taste. But don't opt for free breakfast because they will give you only aloo parota and for other options you have to pay extra. I advice anyone who is booking this hotel, that think before you book this stay. If you need any worst experience, you can go and book this hotel.

The location is the resort is very near to sitapur beach and they serve homemade food. The amenities are good as well.

location is good. Complimentary food is not sufficient. Booked for three people but breakfast prepared for two people. Rain water leakage in side the room. Rain water leaked the whole night inside the room.

Best stay, very supportive staff, i think in this budget this is the best hotel in port blair, they also have flexibility in check in and check out time.

Enjoyed my stay, the hostess was a wonderful who took care of everything. The food was simple but yummy, rooms and toilets were neat and clean, the sitapur beach was a walkable distance, in short the stay was very very pleasant.

Good gesture of manager and owner, clean room and good transportation services. Also their lunch and dinner item taste was superb. Sitapur beach is situated at walking distance from here. Good option to stay at neil island

Wonderful stay. Neat and clean washrooms. Rooms are ok for this price. Perfect place for family stay. Homely and fresh food. Supportive and helpful staff. Nearest beach is sitapur, around 10 minutes walk. Basic amenities are provided and overall good budget stay.
