I stayed in Blue Moon with my family and it was outstanding. Everything was up to the mark. The room which we got was very nice, the hotel was clean and well maintained, the location of the hotel was perfect, so overall it was value for money stay.

Best room service and good location, near bus station and Pachmarhi market, just good inside location of hotel give advice to the travellers such as providing details that you wish you would have known before you went on the trip. Tell them if there is a restaurant or two right next door, whether the meals were relatively inexpensive or not and the location of the restaurant.

Bathroom not cleaned properly, bed sheets and blanket are not washed feeling itchiness and smelly, no reconditioning for the price paid. Due Power Supply problem in hotel Mobile charger got damaged and hotel manager didn't took any action and no compensation given
