Surroundings not so great. Could be better. No service person at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great for Mysore city. However for the budget it is okay.

The location of the hotel is very nice, convenient just that the rooms are very small! the photo of the room given while booking was totally different from the room we were given.

Booked deluxe room but got a small room. Nobody enquired about our requirements minimum drinking water. . It was a lodge only . Since we have paid full advance became fools for no other option but to stay with very limited amenities It was not at all accommodative fir a tourist family like us.

The location is in main city close to church and may-sore palace. Restaurants are near by hotel was not maintained very well

I have booked in make my trip for 2 adult and 2 child but they give room for 2 person only and he asking money for extra bed

The room was of old school and the facility was also the same. The staff and owner attitude and behaviour were good could have been more responsive also. The view of st philomena church was good and approachability to all tourists attractions were also fantastic. No photos. Have already described the situation.

Perfect location. Can see st philomena church from window. Can go for shopping and restaurants by walking. Room was good. But bathroom was not maintained properly. Price was high because of christmas. Price should have been low.

Got the view of st. Philomena church and the location was perfect too. Rooms were clean and spacious

There is no car parking facility and also rooms are small in size. Entry to blue moon residency from mainroad is not easy because of very small road from main road

Room was clean and cool even though it was non ac washroom had hot water facility and cupboard was there along with parking downstairs and lift water could have been provided but overall satisfied with the stay
