    First of all it was very smelly area and on top of that they put too much air freshner and floor was very dusty and nails were coming out from floor which could have hurt my child and in bathroom window lock was broken blankets were smelly like it wasn't washed for a month or 2 no napkins cupboards were dusty from inside and mosquito as well it's completely different from photos i would say in photos it looks new and clean but in reality only tv and acs were working fine rest you would understand rest behaviour of care taker was good he explained everything

    Everything was good in the property but the staff of bnb is very rude. After checking out they are constantly calling me for the extra penalty for making the towels dirty or purchasing new towels for them. Also some part of their flooring was already loose which got little broken. And now they are asking for double triple money.

If the floor was loose and had issues, we kindly ask why it wasn't brought to our attention on the first day. Additionally, the towels provided are intended for personal use, such as wiping the face and body, not for cleaning shoes. Using white towels for this purpose will inevitably result in tough stains, rendering them unusable. Regarding the alleged rude behavior of our staff, I must mention that they are frequently commended for their courtesy towards guests, which makes your feedback surprising. Nevertheless, we value your input and will certainly look into this matter.
