BABU NAIDU RESIDENCY VERY WORST ROOM SAW ,I BOOKED AC ROOM ,NO AC ,NO CAR PARKING ,RUDE STAFF BEHAVIOUR

All good, owner madam received well, towel not available due to rainy day. No mosquitoes,.non AC room, suitable for solo travellers.

no room boy is available for carry laguage to first floor and no lift there,soap is very law quality product,

They gave me a very bad room which is perhaps worth ₹400. they also told me that customers have to check out by 9am. i said it's 12 noon. they refused to accept. i checked out before 9am. also at the time of check-in they told me to pay. i said payment has already been made. they finally accepted.

Room was allotted on terrace. Tv was not working. Bathroom flush was leaking. Window curtains r in sufficient. Room service was poor.

It is a simple rest house but staff are very cooperative rooms are nit &clean morning tea available but no lift
