Reception at hotel was good experience. I got room 201 and 203. Got in. In both the rooms, electric kettle was missing. After calling the receptoin couple of times, after ~4 hours i got one on 201 and that too a filthy, broken lid one. They did not bother about other room and i left hope hence stopped calling. Now, in room 201, dissapopinted continued as on the bed linens, small hair strands were all over (for sure the linens were not changed after previous guests left. I called receptoion, and after 3 calls, after ~2 hours a person came - first to view the situation. He then went after this "investigation of issue" and after 15 mins came back "finally" with new linens. Phew! relaxing time. Went to restaurant. Ordered food. Food was good. (we ordered al-a-cart items. Back to room for sleep. Now a blunder and major issue surfaced. The bed bugs. Yes! room 203 bed was literally full of bugs! i had a kid with me and bugs bite him. I have a video recording for this as proof. i cursed myself as why i opted for this pathetic hotel after incfluenced by reviews! alright hotel guys came in. I was then around 11:15 pm shifted to another room ! and guess what, for next 2 hours i was awake looking for a safe sleep - scrutining beds in both rooms - for sure i lost all faith and confidence in this 'filthy' hotel. Quite clear here. Bold and sound - this is not a good hotel for me and i am never going to think of this hotel ever again, or recommend this. Full stop!
