bad at all... room check out is 11.00am therefore the booking time profile had mentioned uh have check out after two hours from uh positining check out

uncomfortable stay
we booked this hotel for 2 nights, as we were tourist there so we didn't knew how the hotel will be, after reaching the hotel there were no reception sort of thing like other hotels, it seems to be like a house which converted into an hotel, the room was sooo suffocating no view, and the washroom it was smelly, after informing the concern to the manager nothing was done, we asked for a refund from them they denyed, but the stay was terrible, and very much uncomfortable, even on the basis of safety, because the room was terrible our breakfast was included, and we thought of ordering the food from the same hotel only but looking at the hygiene of the hotel we didn't even felt like having food from there, we immediately changed our hotel at extra cost, because really very uncomfortable staying at this hotel, it was a terrible experience staying at this hotel

Hotel was clean and nice room. but I am giving 4/5 becoz the service they had provided is very slow there was less staff to manage services.

The stay was very comfortable. And the staff is also very nice and helpful. Room service is not available. So they have to provide the room service. Property is very clean and beautiful

Room is very good but there is no proper power supply which is major part of stay and food is not good. I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel of you need good food and proper power

The people was so helpful and it’s my first time in j&k but i feel safe and welcoming. The room is so comfortable and relaxing and the food was good.

All things is good location I was thinking give 5 start but end my trip they are no doing one thing that lost 1 point I deduct 1 point for location which is little far 1 point they don't have locker room if you wanna ask to keep bag they ll denied no matter how many days you stay this property pros - Property is new - Room is neat and clean - friendly host nature cons - 4 km far from dal lake - no Locker room available

Poor Stay
There was no electricity for most of the time. Heater was not working and it was very cold. After several altercations, they started the generator which also didn’t run for long. No toiletries in washroom. No television in room. Not a good stay experience at all.
