Review Of BOOMS RESIDENCY

Our room was not confirmed by the residence reception desk. They informed that they were not received the payment from makemytrip after one hour delay they provide a standard room. We already paid for three adults. Only double bed was provided. Then we show the reservation chart, after very long discussion they provide small additional bed only one towel provided. No complimentary breakfast. There was no resturant. Junior kuppana was only lunch afternoon. No reception desk. Only one person coming and went out. The details provided by makemytrip while booking was not seen in the restaurant. With out taking bed cafee we where take drive and take very sorry for the booking

As mentioned above the tv is not recharged, no one in the reception, while checking out. No proper parking space

The rooms were big, but that's it, they're not clean and the services are very bad. There is nothing nearby, so to eat or any entertainment you need to travel a lot. There is also no auto or cabs available easily.

Outs very very bad and i did not check in, due to bad room status, nothing clean at all in the room and bathrooms, total waste of money
