Staff behavior and room are good only disappointed with flow the hotel start with 3rd floor and lift is not available.

Stay was comfortable as room and bathroom were clean and hygienic with all basic facilities available. But only issue i face during check in that initially i was offered a room without attach bathroom and manager trying to fool saying no rooms with attach bathroom were available though i booked the rooms 1 week earlier. After i deny to stay in that room he offered me the attach bathroom room. So be aware of u r rights. The only demerit i found they did not offer at-least a single bottle of water. Other thin that staff r cooperative. But not initially.

Location good, no food, room is clean, but bathroom is very conjusted. No lift, room is at 3rd and 4th floor.

Everything somewhat is OK including location, cleanliness, service considering room rent. The only thing goes against this guest house is. There is no lift and the guest house siding location there is 3rd floor. It is very difficult for the senior citizens to climb up to that floor. Other negativeness are manageable.

There are no special highlights here. OK Good trip

Everything okay, but distance between visiting places from here is very far. We need to take taxi from here to visit any place. Location is average. We cannot find buses frequently from here. Overall trip is okay.

Room was OK, location is near to main road So easy to find out that price is right. AC room, Extra towel, also got Attached bathroom. Room is large and Clean and good stay.

The staff are OK. You will have to how to deal with them as they are not professional. However rooms cleanliness is OK and so the room is. The location of the hotel is really appreciable as you will get everything around from eating to buying. Do visit if you budget is limited

The manager was not friendly. He offered us bottled water which we thought were complementary and charged it to the bill the next day. The room is OK and clean but not worth the cost. It takes Approx 130 rupees by cab to the main market. Would not recommend it. Will not stay here the next time. Travel a lot through Howrah but wouldnt stay here again.

Rooms are clean and spacious, location is also very good, many restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, one can reach metro station by auto for just 10 rs, but service is not good, staff should improve their behavior
