It's good home stay and very clean and also food like home taste

Terrible experience. Room was ok and resort was located at good location. But Owner was conjuse and money minded. He didn't switch on the lights in front of the reception and it was full of dark. He gave us rooms nearby kitchen and it was full of noise while they preparing the food, we couldn't sleep. Also buffet was arranged in front of our room and hence it was noisier. I have stayed 2 nights and paid 29500 for 2 rooms and it was mentioned as TV and other common facilities included. Once i visited there, TV was not working, set top box was not recharged. When i requested about this, first he said set top box was stolen by someone, then he said that he got minimum amount after deduction of tax from my payment, hence he couldn't provide set top box. After argument, he fixed set top and TV was working. Any person visiting this resort has to request even small things to the owner and then only you will get it. Breakfast menu was good and taste also good. Swiming pool was the only advantage in this resort.

The stay doesn't provide us two rooms as we booked accordingly in your app and had give us a uncomfortable and small room and convincing by blaming make my trip hasn't send me any notification about your booking confirmation, and told to adjust by giving unnecessary compliments which we don't like, at that time we were fully angry about their behaviour and doesn't want to stay but we have no choice so we stayed there, at that time we want cancel tha stay and want refund

Initally, we started drive for the hotel on 28 th December 2023 morning 4am from Banglore, 276 miles one-way back and forth 552 miles. like 9:30 we reached hasanur and we were checking the hotel to confirm the stay we spoke to owner on this number, I greeted him and asked about the booking for 2 rooms. He is simply saying that he is not having two rooms he sold it for direct booking customers since he didn't give confirmation for the booking partner as he already sold the rooms and he asked our contact number to inform this as per policy, the number is not shared with him. Also he strictly informed to cancel the booking but they are not accepting it. as requested she spoke with the owner informed me he is having one room he will arrange the another room by 3- 4 Pm on 28th December 2023 and after 15 mins owner is calling me and saying that he will be providing one room with 5 beds like a hostel room. he is so money minded and not a loyal person total cost of booking is with break fast complimentary but he was offered dinner for 28th night and bonfire access we denied and requested for 2 rooms again is coming up with the same thing I didn't confirm for the two room availability.

Nice homely breakfast and dinner. Evening snacks should also be available. Overall decent homestay for family and friends.

The property is spacious and rooms too are good enough. However the rooms had cockroaches and lizard in the wardrobe. Not a great feeling. The package included breakfast and dinner. But not worth for the amount charged. Options were very minimal. The attitude of he resort manager/owner was very nice. Overall below average. Unfortunately, didn't take pics of cockroaches and lizard

It was a very good and peaceful stay at this place, the staff was good and overall a very nice location

Swimming pool is good. It is very greenish. The resort is very clean the wifi is good staff is very friendly service is good

It was a lovely homestay. While the food was a bit pricey at rs 450 per person, the quality and taste was quite good. It's a beautiful place to unwind for the weekend amid-st the calmness of coffee plantations and nature. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The host is very stubborn and the stay is not at all suited for a holiday. There are so many rules that even hostels don't have. Few of the rules are sleeping before 10pm, no lights, u have to clean your own room, etc. It was a terrible experience. A cat is always behind you and does not allow u to eat at it jumps on the dining table and comes inside your room. Very things is to be paid extra, we have to pay for the swimming pool, camp fire, even for plates for having food is charged. You rather sleep in your car then booking this stay.

The receptionist did not even took my booking id and he provided different room and after sometime he called me on my phone and lying that sir please cancel the booking there is short circuit happened in my hotel, then i said we already checked in your hotel and we are staying. So this indicates he doesn't even know who is staying in the hotel. He want allocate the rooms to others which are booked in makemytrip, but if i cancel the booking my booking is non refundable so that's y i kept silent bcz makemytrip also bothered me in the past once when i booked hotel in manali

He was more money minded. Since the property is away from city he used to arrange transportation at double the rate. Spoke rudely

It was a really beautiful place. The place was situated outskirts and it really peaceful and it is really a perfect place for holiday with friends and family. Its a good place for weekend rest. Even if rain hampers your plan one can enjoy by staying in homestay its peaceful.

The host rudely said us to leave the property before 10 am where it was clear that the check out time was 12. When asked he said us rudely to cancel the booking when we went there at 8 pm. That is non sensical
