Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Care taker did not visit. No proper service. Far away from bharat bhavan. Positive: early check in was allowed. Linen towels were not changed. Average. Not wow.

Cleaning not done at all 1 pm when checking time is 11 am. Also cleaning not done at all. Not give soap

May be it was our misunderstanding about homestay, as the one we got was unmanned, unclean, and we felt there was no security, far away and transportation not easily accessible.

On arriving found that room was allotted to other family. They asked us to stay in other room which was on 2nd floor and uncomfortable for senior citizen with us. After an hour. Or 2 we were allotted other room having no tv, water, light the stay was hope less and terrible.

"feedback on recent stay experience i'd like to discuss my recent stay experience with your team, but i'll outline the key issues below. Before checking in, i received multiple calls from different individuals attempting to persuade me to relocate to another hotel, which was farther away from my original booking. After declining, i was accommodated in a room within the same property. However, i was surprised to find that my belongings had been moved to another floor without my consent or notification. Most concerning, i discovered that the 'brg homestay' listed on your platform does not exist in the area. It appears that the vendor is misusing the brg name to deceive customers. I verified this information by contacting the brg hotel directly, and they confirmed that they do not have a budget homestay by that name. I request that the mmt team personally verify this information and update the vendor's name to reflect the actual property. Thank you for your attention to this matter"

Frankly speaking 1st time i booked hotel thru a travel app but it was very poor experience. You have charged for 2 bedroom + 1living room + 3 toilet but we got 1 bed room + 1 living room + 1 toilet. More than that till night 2 o'clock no ac and power also.
