Good location of the resort, the owners and staff behaviour is very humble and polite and rooms are also well maintained. Location is good with excellent view. Food was good. Overall good stay.

1. Located bit up of lansdowne so the view and location, vibes is better. Lansdowne is a bit crowded. This is away from the crowd, hence calmer, what you actually want in mountains 2. View from the rooms open to a pretty sight, the rooms are well lit with sunlight 3. Huge lobby spread, so you can play around, good for kids 4. Parking is outside the hotel, and space for 2 cars only. Which can be an issue if you are driving down. Else you can park at the taxi stand which is 200 m from this hotel 5. Room size is spacious, well enough for 3 people 6. Washroom is decent, not great but not bad. Has hot water facility on -demand which is a plus point 7. Rooms don't have kettle so u can bring one of your own or ask them 8. Food is very good quality, even i was surprised. Very homely, and freshly cooked 9. Service is also nice. You have to inform them 30 mins prior 10. You can eat either outside your rooms, there are tabkes and chairs kept or in their dining area 11. No breakfast buffet but set meal which you can inform them and they will give you

While booking i was a bit sceptical whether this hotel will meet my expectations as i was on a trip with my wife and wanted a leisure stay without any hiccups. To my surprise the owner and there family took care of our every need during the stay, we didn’t face any issue at all. Food was amazing it just tasted like home made. The owner himself and her wife were taking care of everything they are not much reliant on any outside workforce which gave everything a perfect touch. We stayed on first floor in room 104 which has huge common shared balcony where you can enjoy sunrise and pamper yourself in soothing sunbathing till 1pm which is being missed in ncr nowadays. Only minor issue we faced was with frequent electric outages for geyser which were fixed within few minutes on call and electric kettle unavailability in the room which i am sure the owner will work upon in future. For now we took our own kettle after requesting owner and it solved our issue. Parking is outside on road as hotel is down the hill which will not be an issue and it can easily hold 6-7 car parking space also it is being monitored under cctv. This hotel is around 4 km from mains lansdowne area and after a fair research it was my best stay around the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would also like to stay here on my next visit to lansdowne. Thanks for hosting us. Indeed it was perfect vacation for us.

Loved the stay. While the property may look small, the rooms are good with all amenities in good order. Don't miss having lunch and dinner on the balconies with amazing views. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is a family run property is well located at only few km from main town. The valley views are amazing and staff keeps the property very neat clean. Room facilities are basic but adequate. Food quality and service are also decent and all requests are met immediately.

The resort provides spectacular view of the hills. You can click lot of pics here. Our stay was comfortable. Food was delicious. I ordered mutter paneer and pulao which was tasty also the breakfast provided by hotel is also very fulfilling. Location is near to jalharikal market. Great place to stay in landowne. Totally recommend
