The staff's behavior was friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. The location is convenient. The hotel is also safe and secured. The area Around the hotel is peaceful. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a pocket-friendly stay.

My stay at Brindavan Residency was very nice. The room I stayed in was very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The facility provided by them was up to the mark.

Room was very neat but small. The bed is not king size, suitable for only 2. Paid for an extra bed. No hot water. Door was difficult to open.

Well maintained property at a well connected and prime location. Efficient and courteous staff under a manager who understands the sensibilities of hospitality business. Good food suitable for regular travellers. All assured amenities provided.

Excellent location if one is planning religious and spiritual visit to surrounding temples. The vegetarian restaurant has good variety of choice for all meals including sadya. Hotel can also arrange for local transport in auto or taxi at reasonable rates. Overall stay was affordable, reasonable and well connected with cordial hospitality.

Good and spacious room and it was a good stay and good staffs just a suggestion would on the lighting of the room felt it a bit dark even when lights were on.

Bathroom not hygienic. Mosquitoes were there. The room boy who is a bengali tries to ridicule us when we were asked about non working of fan. Overall an average stay.

The room was ready to occupy and cleaned. Unfortunately the towels and toiletries provided were not upto mark. We had to request for replacement which was provided without delay. Rooms are slightly congested, will not recommend if u are claustrophobic.

The hotel is safe and secured. The room was small and average. The washroom was clean. The hotel is neat and clean. But during check-in, I had to wait for 1hour, as they said they didn't get payment of my booking from MMT. But later on, it was solved. The property is value for money. Overall it was a great stay I will recommend this property to others.

I booked for a double bedroom, but they gave me a single bedroom and then they provided an extra mattress for us. The location of the hotel was very convenient and there were many supermarkets nearby. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Overall the hotel was very clean and our stay was average.

Room is not clean and hygiene. All power switches are broken. Bath room is very worst.
