Place is very close to the beach, rooms are clean staffs behaviour was kind and helpful it was pleasant customer service. I would recommend other to visit here. The biggest part of it is that the rooms are on a very affordable price. I loved the experience.

Room very good location nice atmosphere very good and the room also well decorated i like this. If you go to with family in goa so i request you stay nikita residency it is the very pleasant atmosphere very need and click staff members are very good behaviour is very good i like very much.

It was a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained. It had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy living room, balcony and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The host was also very accommodating and responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This location is near all the access of north goa. I enjoyed staying over here. The room was near and clean. The room boy was cooperative since we had reached the location at 7am though our check in was at 12pm, he allowed us to keep our luggage and helped us in booking a tourist bus for north and south goa sight seeing.

We stayed there for two whole days, the ambience was too good and even the food was great. They can improve in the complimentary breakfast but still other things are great.
