Excellent stays at british cliff resort. Helping staff, clean room and excellent views and memorable cam. Green land scape breakfast and dinner is best so love to eat each item

I booked the property for 2 night and 3 days. I can say it was one of the most nicely located property, with excellent view of ooty city. You can enjoy bone fire in night, along with music. There is plenty of kids playing activities in the kids play area. On food side, it is one of the best food available here. I ordered prow n chilli, chicken masala, pane-er masala, chapati and zera rice. I could feel home like taste with local flavor. Breakfast, you can choose from north and side indian dishes or mix up to get both of the world. Overall, excellent place and nice food with panoramic view from top.

Older model and well welcomed by staffs and honestly too safety to stay. Location is 1. 3 kms from busstand upwards hill. Service, good are quality.

Stay was comfortable, peaceful and very satisfying. Great breakfast. And the cook could be requested to make few food items. Like in the evening we requested for some snacks and the chef made us some yummy french fries and onion pakoda and that too at a very reasonable price. Totally loved the food and the service.`
Great view, courteous staff, beautiful place, very well maintained yet natural garden all Around the place, services like camp fire and chimneys in the room and the lovely pet dogs saturn.

V good, old but neat, you can feel the impact of British plannings. Owner and staff are very good and friendly. Food is not wow but I would say it is best as what can be expected in Ooty. Almost 24X7 hot water, that water heating part is also interesting old style wood heater. Overall I am very happy with this hotel.

Resort is simple but location is very good and top of the hill rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are also good. Breakfast is also good. Staff members are also good and helpful in nature, so I must say refer.

Want to stay in a place like a king? Just book this resort. Excellent room like a kingdom, very spacious neat & clean. The room service is also excellent. The manager is so kind and the food items available there are also superb. Want to stay in Ooty, don't miss this excellent place.

Best hotel with good hill view

This resort has a wide open greenish lawn for the kids to play around, have provision for camp firing, excellent ambiance and atmosphere, situated right in the city at a hill peak and got the view of Race Course. Staff are very friendly, dinner is extremely good and very economical, don't expect the room to be of star hotel status, quite good, clean and neat.

Good place to stay with family. The food provided were very good and the staffs were very helping. This hotel was located at a very beautiful location. Everyone could enjoy each and every minute spend over there. The rooms were clean. There was a good launch to chit chat and take photos.

We stayed at British Cliff Club Resort for 2 nights. It's a very good place. You get a very good view of the city of Ooty. Also, there is a place for children to play. They also have Volleyball courts. You can also do campfire in the evenings. Food is served at any place you like. The only problem is reaching there. Approach roads are bit narrow since it's on a cliff.

Good place to stay but there are no much options for the veg. Hospitality of the hotel is very good. Food is at a reasonable rate. Non-vegetarians can enjoy the food but very less options for vegetarians. If they improve for them it will be good place for all.

The location of stay is excellent with view of the city. It's beautiful! the room is spacious but we were not happy with the cleanliness. There was no toothbrush available. The campfire was lovely with music of our choice. The breakfast was same daily. The food was ok. But the house flies were menacing.

Accommodation was comfortable, food was homemade and good. The only negative comment was the approach. It is very inconvenient to reach the spot, far away from the main town area

Overall hospitality was very good. The pathway to reach the Resort has to be improved. We felt difficult to reach the hotel. But the hotel parking and lawn was very good. We felt that have stayed in our home.
