Very Excited location place. Taste like a home food. Am staying theat time they are contacting one birthday function. So little bit busy. But next day they will patched up with Us... Nice food, Am going with my bachelor friends. Next time am plan with my family.. I will hope for your best service...

Not cleaned property. Very dangerous to reach and boards are also not displayed properly. Owners are not guest friendly, 2 towels in 2 days stay, no shampoo, no HK during stay. They are having 1 attendant who try his level best but not effective from hospitality point of view. Hot water in morning time only.

very very worst experience we had, we stayed 3nights four days, no water heater working in room, water leaking. No proper lights in room, only one light is available that is not sufficient for us, first day it was very terrible. Midnight 2 clock some one knocking the door bell, we was shocked and got feared whole night we didn’t sleep. They simply saying customer came at midnight, but why they are disturbing us. Very horrible stay we had this 3 nights. ☹️☹️☹️

We had good food for morning and Dinner , coffee at door step.location is superb. Calm and nice place

The location is good but there is no proper road to reach. The water heater is not available 24 hours.

The hotel people didn't give us the room in the booked hotel. They have given a very poor other room. I have booked the british club cliff resort seeing the amenities detailed in the sight. But i have not received any of that, another room was given only but 12 am in the night. The family was suffered a lot. Booked a room. Which is only worth 1000- 1500. Very bad experience with hotel

Very worst and poor maintenance. No basic amenities in the room. All out dated paintings inside the room and they call it as heritage property.Out from my heart am telling, do not waste money in this property. Untill the management renovate the product. All worst bath fittings unhygenic place to stay. If you don't trust my feed back pls watch the latest pictures taken on 27th may 2024.

The location of stay is excellent with view of the city. It's beautiful! the room is spacious but we were not happy with the cleanliness. There was no toothbrush available. The campfire was lovely with music of our choice. The breakfast was same daily. The food was ok. But the house flies were menacing.

Accommodation was comfortable, food was homemade and good. The only negative comment was the approach. It is very inconvenient to reach the spot, far away from the main town area

Booked for two nights. Road towards the resort is the biggest disadvantage. Sudden high voltage damaged the camera charger

Excellent stays at british cliff resort. Helping staff, clean room and excellent views and memorable cam. Green land scape breakfast and dinner is best so love to eat each item

Far from the city and top of the hill. Room was not clean and bad smell. Bath room also not good. No front office. Out side of the resort is good.

Terrible. There was mo road access to the lodge at the time we arrived there. We had to walk a cliff and carry our luggage. Our car had to be parked 1 km away. My sick wife had to be half carried up the hill. You refund 50% of charges you collected from. Why the hotel management failed block on line booking at such contingencies is something i can't reconcile at all. I want 50% refund for the trouble you caused and completely spoiling our holidays.

Except the location of the property and the external 3. 5 acres facility, every thing was terrible. Stayed for 3 days. The rooms are pathetic. Toilet smell coming to the room since the partition walls not up to the ceiling. Old building with no proper ventilation. No proper dining hall. For per night it is awful. Only good point was the external lawns, children play area, overlooking a very picturesque stepped farm lands and the ooty race course. The road to the hotel is very bad if you are driving.

The driver took a long route and charged 421 rupees extra on top of the mmt bill. His ac was not cooling the cab as it has some issue.

I booked the property for 2 night and 3 days. I can say it was one of the most nicely located property, with excellent view of ooty city. You can enjoy bone fire in night, along with music. There is plenty of kids playing activities in the kids play area. On food side, it is one of the best food available here. I ordered prow n chilli, chicken masala, pane-er masala, chapati and zera rice. I could feel home like taste with local flavor. Breakfast, you can choose from north and side indian dishes or mix up to get both of the world. Overall, excellent place and nice food with panoramic view from top.

Bathroom all not well, no heater, no landline, no proper food

Older model and well welcomed by staffs and honestly too safety to stay. Location is 1. 3 kms from busstand upwards hill. Service, good are quality.

Little difficult to reach but the location was top notch with a view of Ooty from the hill. Room was excellent.

Happy staying in the hotel. Truest on the Cliff. Chilling in summer. Nice time will staff and the owner Mr. Reddy. Thanks to them
