Superb experience
The location of the property is superb. The rooms are tidy and neat. The manager is very supportive. Only issue is morning till 7:30 no tea or coffee and evening till 5:30 no tea or coffee. The food was fresh and taste.

terrible & horrible stay, safety issue
coupleI had a terrible experience there, the host is horrible, rude, egoistic. First photo :Hygiene issue: underwear handing in checked in room 2. Second photo : no water kept for drinking and no body was there to asked for water at night 3. No wifi : this was amenity promised to use, my office work got hampered because of it, i had to travel to other place to complete my for at such chilling weather 4. No person to communicate for any services 5. Morning service: i had to call to make my trip for even a cup of tea I have paid rupees for such a horrible experience Who will pay for my loss at work, the amount suffering which cost me in coming days in office

Pleasant and peaceful stay
familyIt was a pleasure staying at property brooklyn villa in ooty exceeded all our expectations, well-maintained property with attentive housekeeping and management staff. Exceptional hospitality and service, the staff, manager gopi, were really kind and great support, and the cook shatrughan also great, he cooks delicious foods, mainly north indian dishes that are delicious and have the comforts of home cooking. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, the brooklyn villa was pleasant and for a memorable stay.

Let me start with the location - conveniently situated for easy access yet offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff, including the cook shatrughan who whipped up delicious home-cooked meals, the caretakers shubham and divya, and the property manager gopi, were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommended for families / friends group
Brooklyn villa is an excellent property located close to the fern hills. It’s an old building renovated tastefully by the owner with antique interiors and props. The ambience is excellent here. The highlight is their vast lawn in front of the building where the children can run around and the adults can relax and enjoy the ooty climate. Also it gives an excellent close up view of the nilgiri toy train which passes close to this property. Highly recommended for family group. Rating 5. Great place to stay
You will enjoy the magical evenings at ooty by having the camp fire to soothe up the cold temperature. In addition the ambience of the villa have great taste for aesthetic sense. The view from here have carrot cropping and you can also see the ooty train from there. The food they provide tastes home made and they have a variety of menu for all three meals. The room was spacious for a couple and hot water was available.

Terrible Stay
Brooklyn villa is 6-7 rooms villa and charges 8k for one room. They have no kitchen facility, even the tea they served was prepared in some other property. The rooms were not prepared until 3 pm on check in date. Overall it was not worth price.
