good place for stay with friends

My recent stay at Brookside Heritage in Kumarakom was a letdown. Their service was poor. We were a group of five people. The linen on the bed was visibly dirty, we requested it to be changed. Bottle water was not provided. Electricity was down many times throughout the night, inverter/generator wasn't working. We didn't get proper sleep. The morning coffee service was non existent, few tea bags in the room were left open gathering dust. Breakfast time was said to be at 8:30 am. At 10:30 it still wasn't ready and we had to check out with an empty stomach. The management needs to focus on improving their service.

Location was very good, staffs are very supportive and breakfast was very good even it is limited menu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at brookside heritage, kumarakom. The resort/homestay was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is an excellent heritage property that suits both family and groups. Amazing ambience for day and night stay with high privacy.

We stayed in a hygienic and clean environment. Staff were courteous and professional. Thank you for the pleasant stay.
